PFN Employee Receives APCO Presidents Award The Michigan Association of Public Safety Communications Ocials (APCO) held its annual awards banquet in Frankenmuth on October 21, 2021. Each year, awards are presented to 911 professionals recognizing their service and dedication to the profession.
This year, Phyllis Fuller of Peninsula Fiber Network received the Michigan Chapter APCO President’s award. Phyllis has been a member of Michigan APCO for the past 15 years and is known for her positive attitude, being a problem solver and one of great integrity who makes decisions based on what is best for the organization.
She has served as the Michigan chapter treasurer since 2009 and was recently appointed to the National Awards Committee. Phyllis is a NG-911 Program Coordinator for Peninsula Fiber Network since January 2018. She previously served as the Director at Barry County Central Dispatch.
